One of our students, RA, has been focusing on PE and PSHE targets with his learning. We have been discussing healthy eating and how to manage diet.
The frank and open discussions helped RA discuss his own body and in the long term he hopes he can reduce his anxieties and self doubt.
To tackle things head on we cycled for a mile, walked for a mile and reduced what we ate for breakfast.
RA is also making his own food and creating healthier options to eat.
