Mindful of learning ways to renew, recyle and reuse, our student, EM, took an unwanted furry blanket and the Hawthorn sewing machine to design and make herself a lovely cuddly cushion.
She developed skills in, design, machine and hand stitch techniques, cutting accuracy, measuring and refined her skills to produce a great outcome.
